• Catalogues: compiled, printed & distributed by post to our comprehensive buyers list.

• Arrangements can be made so that buyers can down load your catalogue off our website.

• SMS: messages as reminders of your forthcoming sales to buyers. (approx. 7,754 numbers)

• E-Mail: colour advertisements e-mailed to prospective buyers. (approx. 1300 email addresses)

2. ACCESS TO DATABASE OF BREEDERS & BUYERS

Countrywide: 24,000 postal addresses of which we select buyers by the computer specifically for your sale.

3. PRE-SALE

• Extremely efficient team to mark cattle, set up kraals and to set up tents etc the day before the sale.

• Compiling the catalogue and handling the distribution thereof to potential buyers.

• Taking photographs for marketing purposes where
  applicable.

4. ON DAY OF SALE

• Sales office opens at 8:00 am.

• Professional auctioneer & team for the auction available from 8am on day of sale.

• Admin team to manage registration of buyers, completion of invoices and finalizing payments.

• Loader and his team ensure that the animals enter the auction ring in the correct order and that the animals have been clearly marked with their respective lot numbers.

• Managing the correct loading of animals after sale.

• Service questionnaires sent out to all buyers after your sale.

5. AFTER SALE

• Finalization of sale admin and tax invoices.

• Summary of sale.
